Today, behind the brand is a close-knit team of experts united by one goal: to make your experience smooth, transparent, and genuinely rewarding. Each member of our team brings a unique blend of local knowledge, professional expertise, and a real passion for property - delivering a service that's both highly effective and refreshingly personal.

I set up my first office at just 17, fuelled by a childhood passion for property that's stayed with me ever since. It's all I ever wanted to do, and all I ever want to do…
Along the way, I've worked with local, regional, and international brands, gaining experience across every facet of the industry.
Having pioneered property video marketing, I channel that creativity into FreeAgent247, combining innovative marketing with our unique “free to sell” option.
I've also continued my professional development, earning qualifications across most estate agency sectors, but marketing remains my true passion. Bringing properties to market in fresh, engaging ways is where I thrive.
And when I need to step away from property, you'll usually find me immersed in fitness or sports — always seeking a new challenge.

Gerard Smith, a founding member of FreeAgent247, leaves behind a legacy of a passion for people that has helped shape our company from its inception.
His invaluable contributions and unwavering commitment to the business helped propel us forward, from our roots in 2018.
His vibrant personality and unparalleled sales acumen endeared him to all who knew him.
He was also the creative brain behind many Worcestershire charity successes with the most notable of them being Strictly Worcestershire which many of whom will remember him for.
The show will go on in memory of our dear friend and colleague, Gerard Smith.
