Worcester-based estate agency FreeAgent247 is continuing to grow, with its expansion into Cheltenham marking the next stage of the company’s development.
Founded in Worcester in 2018, FreeAgent247 has now sold over 1,250 properties, with the business continuing to strengthen its presence in Worcester and now expanding into Cheltenham.
Despite what has been a challenging property market, the business has continued to grow, with new listings up 13% year-on-year.
The Cheltenham expansion will be led by Fe Smith, who has recently joined the business with responsibility for establishing and growing the FreeAgent presence across the town and surrounding areas.
The wider opportunity
The Cheltenham launch marks an exciting new chapter for FreeAgent247, extending the company’s reach beyond Worcester while retaining its focus on personal service and a different approach to traditional estate agency.
The aim is to build the Cheltenham business through local relationships, referrals and repeat business, alongside traditional property marketing and sales.
The long-term ambition is to establish FreeAgent247 as a recognisable local name across Cheltenham, with a strong network of homeowners, buyers, developers and local professional businesses.
