Introducing our three flexible selling options — including a brand-new 50/50 split model
We’re excited to kick off 2026 with some fantastic news not just about the property market, but about how we continue to give our clients real choice when selling their home.
Introducing Our 3 Flexible Selling Options for 2026
From the very beginning, we’ve done things differently — and that hasn’t changed. This year, we’re proud to offer a third option, all designed around fairness, flexibility, and confidence.
The options are based around our ‘247’ numbers. And importantly, you can change your mind at any point during your journey.
Our Original, Groundbreaking Model
This is how we started — and it's what sets us apart. Our buyer-focused fee model is designed to encourage stronger buyer commitment, reduce wasted viewings and fall-throughs, and align everyone's interests from the outset.
The Traditional Approach
The traditional model used by most estate agents, where the seller pays the fee on completion. We believe in giving our clients choice — supported by our expertise, marketing, and service.
NEW for 2026
A brand-new innovation — we're the first estate agent in Worcester to offer a 50/50 fee split between seller and buyer. Reduces the financial burden on sellers, encourages shared commitment from buyers, and creates a fairer, more balanced transaction.
Our Promise to You
Whichever option you choose:
- ✓You stay in control
- ✓You can switch options at any stage
- ✓You receive honest, market-led pricing advice
- ✓You benefit from one of the most flexible selling models available in Worcester
If you’re thinking of moving in 2026, we’d love to talk through which option works best for you.
A Strong Start to the Property Market in 2026
The new year has begun with renewed confidence across the market. Latest data from Rightmove shows:
- The largest January price increase ever recorded, with asking prices up 2.8%
- The national average asking price is now £368,031, sitting 0.5% higher than this time last year
- Buyer demand jumped 57% after Christmas, with new listings up 81%
- Rightmove recorded its busiest Boxing Day ever, as movers began planning their 2026 move
What This Means for Sellers
While confidence is returning, realism remains crucial:
- There's a 12-year high number of homes for sale for this time of year
- Around one-third of properties already on the market have reduced their price
- Buyers have more choice and are negotiating carefully
This makes correct pricing, smart marketing, and flexible fee options more important than ever.
Positive News for Buyers Too
- Average two-year fixed mortgage rates are now 4.29%, the lowest since before the 2022 mini-Budget
- Improved affordability means many movers are seeing costs reduce by around £100 per month
