The analysis from Rightmove, based on millions of properties listed since 2012 (excluding 2020 due to the pandemic), reveals that on average, homes listed in February take just 51 daysto find a buyer — closely followed by March at 52 days. Furthermore, February listings are the most likely to complete the entire sales process and the least likely to be withdrawn from the market.
